  • Can I try a stairclimber before I buy?
    Currently, we offer a 7 day back money guarantee! However, we are working on implementing dealers all over Malaysia & Singapore to showcase our products.
  • How long does the stair climber takes to ship?
    Orders are shipped out within 1-24 hours depending on stock availability and receiving of payment. For orders to Peninsular Malaysia, it takes about 7 business days to arrive. For other countries, please contact us for an accurate estimation. For Pre-Orders, Orders requiring customization, and special orders will take approx 2-4 weeks to arrive
  • Can the rider operate the stairclimber alone?
    No, the rider cannot operate the stairlift alone. As a company policy, for maximum safety we recommend, two people assist when ascending or descending a staircase. The operator stands behind the rider and uses the main handlebar and buttons to control the ascent or descent, and the spotter holds the extendable front handles as a precaution. Most customers prefer using the stairlift with only one operator.
  • Are there any specific requirements for someone to operate this?
    Operator should be in good physical health. We recommend operator should be between the ages of 20-70
  • How long will the battery last? Are replacements available for purchase?
    When used in a non-commercial residential setting, the battery will last up to three years. Replacement batteries are available for purchase here.
  • What does my warranty cover?
    Manufacturers warranty provides 12 Months Coverage for Motor & Body from Manufacturing Defect, and 6 months for Battery.
  • What type of financing do we offer?

  • Is there any maintenance on track belt systems?
    Devices operating with track belt systems are strongly advised to send their machines to AATASIA MOBILITY Authorised Service centre for annual maintenance check up every 6 - 12months to ensure safe operation and continued functionality of your device. If device requires repair, servicing, or replacement of parts, etc. Prices for original spare parts and services will be quoted accordingly. Or purchase AATASIA MOBILITY PROTECTION PLAN to get 2 free service in a year
  • RETURN POLICIES
    How does the 7 day money back guarantee? If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions: The product must be in its original condition and packaging. You must obtain prior authorization from AATASIA MOBILITY SDN BHD. You are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with the return. AATASIA MOBILITY SDN BHD reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds that do not meet the above conditions. 7 days start from the date you receive the chair, and return "must" be shipped out from your place on or before the 8th day. Transit days are not counted as part of the 7 days. You may return the item for any or no reason. Having returned your product to us, payments will be refunded with 12% service charge fee within 30 working days. Batteries and/or chargers sold separately may not be returned. Who pays for return shipping? You may have to pay the return shipping, as we already pay the original shipping to you. You can return your items to our showroom at this address : Sunway Technology Park, 22A, Jalan PJU 3/47, Sunway Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. How much would it cost? Please keep the original packaging materials throughout your trial period, as we cannot accept any return without its original box and packaging protection.
  • REFUND POLICIES
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
  • SHIPPING POLICIES
    To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sunway Technology Park, 22A, Jalan PJU 3/47, Sunway Damansara, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over RM1,000, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • WARRANTY POLICIES
    What does this limited warranty cover? This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, AATASIA MOBILITY will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance. What will we do to correct problems? AATASIA MOBILITY will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or products. How long does the coverage last? The Warranty Period for products purchased from AATASIA MOBILITY is Lifetime on the Frames Welds and 365 days on all parts from the date of purchase. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 180 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer. What does this limited warranty not cover? This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: (a) to protect against normal wear and tear, or to repair cosmetic damage not affecting the functionality of the Covered Equipment; (b) to conduct preventative maintenance; (c) to replace Covered Equipment that is lost or stolen; (d) to repair damage, including excessive physical damage (e.g., products that have been crushed, bent or submerged in liquid), caused by reckless, abusive, willful or intentional conduct, or any use of the Covered Equipment in a manner not normal or intended by AATASIA MOBILITY (e) to repair any damage to Covered Equipment (regardless of the cause) if the Covered Equipment has been opened, serviced (including for upgrades and expansions), modified, or altered by anyone other than Apple or an authorized representative of Apple; (f) to repair pre-existing conditions of the Covered Equipment if you purchased the Plan after you purchased the Covered Equipment; (g) to repair any damage to Covered Equipment with a serial number that has been altered, defaced or removed; (h) to repair damages caused by fire, earthquake, flood, or other similar external causes; (i) to protect against damage caused by the presence of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, biological materials and allergens, that present a risk to human health; (j) The loss of, loss of use of, damage to, corruption of, inability to access, or inability to manipulate any electronic hardware or software, or components thereof, that are used to store, process, access, transmit, or receive information within Covered Equipment as a result of any cause or loss other than covered losses specifically stated in this Plan (k) conditions, malfunctions, misuse, accidents, physical damage, modifications, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
